Mark Dickerson is the Minister of Music at First Methodist Church of Mount Holly.

He is a 1978 graduate of Mars Hill College and has many years of experience in church music and was the full-time Minister of Music and Youth in Southern Baptist Churches from 1979 to 1986.

Mark served as a part-time Worship Pastor at South Point Baptist Church, served as part-time Worship Pastor for a Church Start-up at Forest Point Church, now The Pointe, in Belmont, NC from October 1999 – March 2006, and led worship for a small group of

people as they began this new church. He was ordained in 2011. Along with that, Mark owned his own business from 2003 to 2024.
